- How am I charged for the rental?open
This is a rent service where charges are incurred for renting the router instead of the data usage. Your billing cycle will begin on the day of your departure and is charged through the date you return to Singapore for outbound product.
For example, if the departure date is on 12th and the return date is on 16th, you will be charged for 5 days rental.
For delivery, we ship our device directly to your designated address in Singapore the day before your trip. The WiFi device must be returned on the next day after your return.Please note that you will be charged the daily rate for every day the device is late.
- How can I pay the rental fee?open
Please pay the rental fee online by credit card after placing the order.
- Is deposit necessary?open
No, deposit is not necessary.
- Late feesopen
Late fees will not be charged by the second business day after you return to Singapore for outbound product or the following business day you leave Singapore for inbound product.
It will be charged for extra daily rate for late return.
- Cancellation feesopen
No cancellation fee if you cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to your departure.
You will be charged $15/unit as cacellaton fee if you cancel within 72 hours prior to the departure date.
The delivery cost will be charged as well if applicable.

Yes, the user guide is enclosed in every bag to help you getting connected overseas.
- How do I get connected for the first time?open
1. Turn on Overseas Wi-Fi Router.
2. Enable the Wi-Fi function on the mobile gadgets (mobile phones, tablets, laptop etc.).
3. Choose the SSID name and enter the password on your mobile phone.
4. SSID and password are indicated on the router.
5. You are connected to Wi-Fi automatically when the hotspot is on.
Note: Wi-Fi connection speed depends on the country’s network infrastructure.
A User's Guide booklet is enclosed with every device.
- How do I know when my Pocket Wi-Fi is fully charged?open
The device is fully charged when the battery indicator is completely filled .
